AGRICULTURAL INSTITUTE OF SLOVENIA

About the Partner

The Agricultural Institute of Slovenia (KIS) is a public research institute dedicated to research and expert work in animal and plant production, food quality, and environmental issues related to agriculture. A defining strength of KIS is its ability to connect scientific research with practical advisory work, a role formally mandated by the Slovenian government. This dual function ensures that KIS findings translate directly into policy guidance, industry standards, and on-farm practice, making it a trusted bridge between science and the agricultural sector in Slovenia and beyond.
